Type Locality

Mayfield's Cave, SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Sec. 26, T. 9N, R. 2W, Monroe County, Indiana.

Range

Monroe County, Indiana, intergrading immediately to the south with typical subspecies.

Habitat

Subterranean waters.
