Type

Holotype, Museum of Comparative Zoology, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts 7355 (male).

Type Locality

Corral, Chile.

Range

Known only from the type locality.

Habitat

Cascading stream, but according to Faxon, "it has a strongly compressed cephalothorax, indicating a burrow dwelling species."
