Nellosana grandis

A large nanoselline, reaching 0.88 mm. in length. Color is pale reddish-yellow, and body form robust yet long and narrow (Johnson, 1982).

The mesosternal process lacks the longitudinal carina that is present in other members of Nellosana.

Occurs in New Zealand (Auckland), and is known to inhabit "rotted ground plants" and litter of Gahnia setifolia (sword grass).
