Nellosana intermedia
As the species name implies, the length of N. intermedia (0.73 mm.) lies between the extremes of length between species of Nellosana. This species is reddish-brown in color, and robust, long and narrow in form (Johnson, 1982).
This species occurs in New Zealand (Auckland) and has been collected in rotten, damp wood (Melicytus sp.)
