Introduction
The largest member of Philaethria, P. constantinoi is rare, and endemic to the Chocó region of northwestern Colombia.Characteristics
P. constantinoi may be distinguished from other members of the genus by its larger size and more contrasting pattern elements on the ventral surfaces of the wings, particularly the orange medial areas of the postdiscal bands on the ventral surface.References
