Proutiella tegyra described in Josia
James S. Miller and Andrew V. Z. BrowerIntroduction
The smallest and most widespread Proutiella species, occurring widely in lowland forests of western Amazonia. It is mimicked by a number of species, including the chrysaugine pyralid Nachaba sp. (illustrated below).
