Comments | This species is another Peruvian Endemic, and is regarded as locally common, although we only saw a few and only at Chaparrí. It inhabits dry forest, especially along water courses, and tall arid scrub below 1000m (which certainly describes Chaparrí!). The status of this species is Near Threatened.
