Our largest salticids, to 22mm in length, these are the salticids that most often are noted by the general public. Throughout North America.

Identification

Robust carapaces with small eyes much closer to anterior eyes than to back eyes. Chelicerae typically metallic green (though not always); carapace with tufts of hairs around eyes.
