Heliconius nattereri

Heliconius nattereri is the rarest Heliconius species, occurring in small remnant pockets of the Atlantic Coastal Forest of Brazil. It is also the only Heliconius with sexually dimorphic wing patterns: the two sexes were originally described as separate species.
