Lyces enoides described in Retila Boisduval (=Ephialtias)James S. Miller and Andrew V. Z. Brower
Boisduval believed that this taxon occurred in Honduras and Mexico, but there is some doubt both about its purported distribution, and its distinctness from L. ena, the paler forewing color being simply the result of pre-or post-mortem fading of the type specimen (as illustrated).
